MEET THE CHEF

Hi there!  It’s Jessica Yowell, but please call me "Chef Jess".  

 

I was trained in the culinary arts at Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. My degree is in Baking and Pastry, but I also have a certification in Mixology. 

 

I have loved creating unique dishes ever since I was a little girl!  So, it was no surprise to my family that my special creations leave my clients smiling while they indulge and spark most to place a new order shortly thereafter.

I branded my unique culinary experience  “The Konfektion Hause” as a way to connect the desserts I love to bake to  my favorite childhood story, the classic German fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel.”
